Short version: we only collect what you type in the contact form, we use it only to answer you, and this site uses no cookies and no tracking.

What we collect and why
When you use the contact form or write to us: your name, organisation, work email, the service you chose and your message. We use them to answer your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to prepare a proposal.
Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) and, when you ask for a proposal, steps prior to a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time.
How long we keep it
Until your enquiry is answered and for up to 12 months after our last contact, unless it leads to a contract. Then we keep what the contract and the law require.
Who else sees it
We do not sell or share your details. Two providers process them on our behalf: Netlify, Inc., which hosts this site and receives the form, and our email provider. Netlify may process data in the United States, with the safeguards the GDPR requires for international transfers.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to lidia@saturdays.ai. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Cookies
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or social-media trackers. Fonts are served from our own domain, so your visit is not shared with third parties. If this ever changes, we will ask for your consent first.
